Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are reflective of the Canada Post Expedited Parcel mailing fees. As a small business we can include tracking in our shipping for no additional cost. Shipping prices are estimates and subject to adjustment by Canada Post. The $20 shipping fee allows us to ship anywhere in Ontario. When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email. We are committed to making sure your order arrives on time but Secondhand Stories cannot be held responsible for delays or interruptions in postal service. We reserve the right to verify and approve all orders before shipping.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

Sale items and bookmarks are final sale. All other items may be returned for exchange or store credit (minus shipping) within 7 days of receipt.

Item must be returned in the same condition which purchased. returned with a postmark no later than 7 days after receipt. Only returns meeting the above requirements will be processed. All return shipping is paid by customer. Please note: returns for exchange will incur a $15- shipping fee for sending the new item (this includes items that were originally shipped for free).
